Included Installation of 112 Drilled Shafts for support of 30 story mixed use condominium. 58 Shafts were also used as column support for Top Down Construction of the parking garage. Required both permanent and temporary casing, bentonite slurry, CSL Testing, and SIDS Testing. Diameters ranged from 24" to 48", with depths up to 115'. Work performed for Hoffman Construction.
